These Terms & Conditions govern your use of whatslay.com and Whatslay services, including WhatsApp conversation management, automation, customer management, reporting, integrations, and related services.

Whatslay is not responsible for the suspension, restriction, or closure of WhatsApp accounts or third-party services resulting from your use of the Platform or your violation of third-party policies.

5. Customer Data and Legal Responsibility

You or your organization remain responsible for the Customer Data that you add to or manage through the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all required permissions and legal grounds to collect, use, and process Customer Data, including phone numbers, conversation content, files, and attachments.

You must not use Whatslay to process personal data in a manner that violates privacy, data protection, marketing, or communications laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Whatslay to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent communications.
• Impersonate any person or organization.
• Publish or transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or offensive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, user accounts, or related systems.
• Use tools, software, or methods that interfere with Platform security or performance.
• Sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or copy Whatslay services without our written permission.

7. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

11. Service Availability and Support

We make no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, uninterrupted availability, or specific business outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing the messages, content, and settings that you create or send using the Platform.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whatslay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, customers, or business reputation.
