## What we protect, and how

*   **AES-256-GCM encryption** for AI keys, WhatsApp and Instagram connection keys, the session data of linked numbers, and the email password.
*   **Role-based permissions** for agents and administrators, so each person sees only what is theirs.
*   **Channel limits** that decide which channels each agent can reach.
*   **A log of admin actions** that shows who did what, and when, in the control panel.
